A original artwork from my collection of British seaside-themed artworks, featuring the often ignored views found in every coastal town. The first piece in a series of artworks focusing on British seaside towns. I have longed to capture my own take on the charming bleakness of many British seaside towns (this being Cleveland). However, once bathed in sunshine, these places come alive with unexpected bursts of colour, and the use of vinyl accentuates this like no other medium can.

Each and every coloured piece of vinyl has been hand-cut and meticulously applied in place, similar to that of a collage, to create the overall final image.
